2.2. DATA RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data is kept until the expiry of the following periods: • 5 years after your last use of our website, if you have not closed your account.

The following categories of personal data may be retained for different periods: • Financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) is kept for the period prescribed by applicable tax and accounting laws.

If your account has been suspended or blocked, we retain your data for a period of 2 to 10 years from the date of subscription.

By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read all the information mentioned on the site before validating your request.

Once the form is validated and transmitted to our service, no withdrawal period is possible.

  • Improve and enhance our platforms to ensure that our content is adapted to your device.

4. TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION When you use our services, your data is transmitted to the Canadian immigration authorities.

We only transmit your data to the aforementioned third parties in the following cases:

  • When we use a service provider under a contract between you and us, or in order to provide or improve our services (e.g. in connection with credit card payments). The service offered here consists of assisting travellers in the administrative process of applying for/obtaining an eTA. This is a private website, which is not affiliated with any government authority.
  • When we use search engines and analytical solutions to improve and optimise our platforms.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (PERSONAL DATA) 5.1. In accordance with applicable law, you may request a copy of your personal data. 5.2. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (in particular _ga, _ga_0Q5VNK6ZJH) which allow the analysis of the use of our website, for example the pages viewed, the duration of visits and the origin of visitors.
